SPIRITUAL INDIES: In my opinion as well as growth, is how to grow within the spiritual while living in the world. The greatest gift of the Episcopal Church is that it welcomes and shows hospitality to all people. 'The Episcopal Church affirms the dignity and equality of all human beings and welcomes all people without any exceptions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, orientation, age, or any other reason. Also, what has been met with both condemnation and celebration from the Christian community, Episcopal churches accept women and LGBT people into their Ordained Ministry.'

I am also personally inspired that many USA Presidents have been Episcopal and the closest church and chapel to the White House is St John's Episcopal. Independence was won from King and tyranny in the American Revolution thereby many of the founding fathers were Episcopal and sought separation of church and state.

WHAT THIS GROUP IS NOT:
- Not a place to fight or quarrel over religion.
- Not a place for nudity, sexual or sensual or other inappropriate posts.
- Use other FAA groups to display Nature Only works.
- It is not an official or affiliated group of the Episcopal &/or Anglican Church.

ADMINISTRATION
* The Admin of the SHG is also a Fellow and Working Artist, seeking to share artworks alongside fellow artist & participates in discussions, shows, contest & social.
* The Admin has the discernment & discretion to remove artworks based on liturgical theme, appropriateness &/or other reason for contest &/or group.
* As the Administrator of this Group, please pray for me as I seek to grow in my own faith using my favorite place for self-expression in the 21st Century.

It really does break my heart when I feel the pull that an artwork is inappropriate and needs to be removed... I recognize that we all are in vastly different places in our faith walks and journeys. Yet I reserve the right to take down or remove any art works that I feel are not in the common interests of this Group. I hope this is rare, and having been an Admin of other FAA groups I believe is often an oversight where people see the Group Name appealing rather than reading the intentions for the group.

SHG Group began on Martin Luther King Jr weekend, because I have dreams, want to grow, and seek common spiritual fellowship... Est 01.18.2020
