Old Crow P-51 Mustang Print
Capt. Clarence Bud Anderson
Scoring the highest number of air-to-air victories of any unit in the 8th Air force (42 Mustang Aces), the 363rd Fighter Squadron, 357th Fighter Group, known as the 'Yoxford Boys' upgraded to the P-51 Mustang in February 1944. With 609.5 Luftwaffe victories, no other fighter group was able to outmatch this performance record. The 363rd Fighter Squadron's leading ace was Clarence 'Bud' Anderson, flying the Old Crow P-51 Mustang. Capt. Anderson completed the war as a triple ace with 16.25 aerial victories, plus one strafing kill.
The print of Old Crow P-51 Mustang has leveraged extensive personal design consultation with Mr. Anderson in order to provide the most accurate representation of his aircraft.
