Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Mark Hartung

Mark Hartung, Fine Artist Hollywood, FL Born in 1947, I was raised in the Village of Hope, NJ. Hope is an historical town settled by the Moravians in 1769. Other than it's historical history, Hope is also known for a children's fantasy land and recreational site, created by a local farmer, called "The Land of Make Believe". This was a wonderful place to spend my first 10 years using the whole town, farm lands and fields as my playground. My imagination run wild after seeing images of pirates illustrated by W.C.Wyeth and looking at the illustrations in comic books. I found, however, that drawing pictures of WWII tanks on my bedroom walls soon became a "No, No!" At ten, my family relocated to Hollywood, FL, where I still call...
