The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Snowflakes show this hexagonal (six-sided) symmetry when they form slowly in calm air and in temperatures near the freezing point of water. A variety of beautiful, branching structures are possible. The exact structure is dependent on the exact weather conditions, making each snowflake unique.
