The butterfly tree is an original handmade painting by Lucia Waterson of a whimsical outdoor scene by night, with a dark blue sky as the background and a big colorful tree with the foliage resembling a butterfly. Despite being a tree, in this artwork I wanted to convey the idea of lightness, because this is what I love most of butterflies, their lightness.
As well as their vibrant colors of course. And that's why I chose the Fall season when leaves are not just green.
A beautiful painting for any nature lover who enjoys the quiet harmony and peace that this image evokes.
