I spotted this small medical skeleton sitting on a shelf beneath a skylight window. The photo was taken with a wide angle lens and the metal supporting rod was removed and the blue sky inserted courtesy of Photoshop. When photographed at this angle the skeleton appeared to take on a life of its own.
