Cache Updates - Clearing Your Browser's Cache - A Simple Guide

Do you then have to re-enter every Site password in order to return there, i,e, Google; F.BK, ETC?

It's nothing to do with your password filler-inner... It's just the caching in the browser.

For those who have a custom domain for their Premium through Cloudflare:

Don't forget that Cloudflare creates local caches on its servers for your website so in order to see the most recent state of your site you need to clear THAT cache as well, not only your browser.
Sign in to your Cloudflare account, click on your custom domain, then Caching in the left sidebar, Configuration, and Purge Everything.

I have never cleared cache for Cloudflare. I only clear browser cache and that seems to work well.

I see no difference in my domain name site vs the original Premium site after clearing cache.

See that cloudflare I didn't know about. I wonder if that's why I see my file order the proper way unless i'm in private mode? Or when that extra piece was added with the keywords, I never see it on the public side. Of course this is how I find things so i'll have to try that trick later on.

Mike when you clear your cache for your Premium site, you will see it as the public does as long as you don't sign back in

Cloudflare caching has its own rules, it's rather complicated, here's the default behavior:

There's a difference between static content cache (like image, description, keywords etc.) and html cache settings and partly you can modify them in your account (but if you don't know exactly what you are doing it's not really worth, IMO....)

Purging the Cloudflare cache has worked for me in the last weeks several times (when simple browser cache clearing didn't) to get rid of some deleted content (static content cache) still showing in Collections and getting fresh content update showing up. I didn't checked the image order issue, I thought it's not worth messing with it until Sean finishes whatever he's experimenting with and we know what to expect for the future....

BTW you don't have to purge the whole cache every time if you change something (like editing description, keywords etc. for an older image) you can purge just a specific URL if you click on Custom Page instead of Purge Everything.

I would have thought that clearing cookies, as opposed to cached data, would have an effect on the performance of some websites - e. g. will the weather sites remember my saved places. I am happy to be corrected.

I have not had any issues. Those are normally location based, not cache
