I notice when I try to adjust the image to fit the squares on upload it no long allows it..., so will that also be true for. a prospective buyer,,,Will they be able to adjust the image to fit within the parameters as desired,,,(If they cant then I will know not to offer a specific product if the entire image does not fit properly.

What do you mean to fit the squares? Is it a square image? You cannot for example make a greeting card square.
Some of the image will be lost if the image is enlarged to fit or the borders will not be equal if the image is made smaller.

I didn't explain it very well...when you upload an image sometimes the entire image does not fit into the product area and previously I was able to scroll left or right to make it fit, Now I cant,,,I understand why Sean may have disabled that function as it was causing distortions,,,but I was wondering if a prospective buyer would be able to make that adjustment as they have been able to in the past, Knowing that I would know whether to make that product available or not on upload

I know you can't adjust prints, everything else should go. Unless it had a weird ratio and it doesn't fit the product.

I have no problem with making the image fit the products. Same as always.
Also, you can present it a certain way, but the customer can do what they want with the image.
With the cropping feature you CANNOT arrange the image on a product!

Some of my image would not fit into a particular product, It would always fit the prints but the telephone or yoga mat for example it wouldn't, previously I could adjust with the slider to make it fit, moving it right or left,,,,,,Now when I try it will not move it just shows its attempting to,,,,I presume Sean disabled it because by adjusting it the image would be distorted,,I guess in the future if the image does not display in full within the respective product I will delete prices if they are displayed and not add prices if not,,
Imagine trying to fit this image for example on a yoga mat,,, https://judith-smith.pixels.com/featured/collision-judy-kay.html

I think sellers are losing a lot of sales by not allowing the buyers the option to place the image on the product even when they don't think it fits or doesn't fit the way they want it to fit.
I have a lot of images that don't fit on the product to my liking, but they sell anyway.
I sell 20 or 30 different products every month, and every month, I sell one or two where I look at how the image was placed and shake my head. But they never come back, so they must be satisfied.

That looks ok on the yoga mat.

Personally I think panoramic images look best as they are long and thin. Not every image will look good on an item that shape.

It worked for me, but I think its rendering differently, there is a delay now and it seems to look differently when it moves. I wonder if you have a script blocker on and its keeping you from doing something.

Sometimes if you zoom out so it smaller it may not move back and forth.

this one works. You can only move it in the one direction though, up and down.
If you shrink the picture - you can't adjust that at all. If you enlarge it you can.
And you can't move a panorama on say a bed spread, which has always annoyed me. It looks like a no frills can when its down the center instead of the bottom or top where it makes sense.

I've been having the same problem for more than 2 weeks. I gave up trying to adjust the images. Can't move it left or right on pillows, phones, notebooks, etc.

@Gill, turns out it does fit the yoga mat,,,I used a poor example. In Some of my images the wildlife is large, closeup and just dont fit properly on some of the products, I think it is my browser; it used to work but now it will not adjust at all,,Its probably just as well because I recall someone posted that sliding it right can cause the image to blur or somehow distort, . I follow Abbie's advice and clear my history daily and cache but its unfortunately time to face the reality I need a new Mac..(probably a Mac mini,)I can no longer get updates on this version Not just for that reason but to expand my capabilities which are limited now, I agree Floyd, buyers should have the opt to arrange the image ,,,@mike could be the " script blocker,,,Checking that out too,I I wondered too when I arranged the image on the upload,,,,,,and then the prospective buyer arranged it also if that would create an additional image disfigurement,? anyway, thanks everyone for the responses,,,

Is this a computer or a phone? Wondering if that's a thing. Also update the browser, its possible it updated and left a bug.

I tried doing it logged out and it does work so I assume a buyer can manipulate the image but I sign in, go to edit an image and can't move them or even change a background color. I just get those endless moving dots.
