Artist Website

A few weeks ago I spent some time tweaking the settings for my FAA artist website...i.e. my logo, image slider, announcement bar etc. I was happy with how it looked.

But today it has reverted back to the basic profile page, although none of the settings seem to have changed. I don't understand it.

Can anyone shed any light?

TIA

You have not actually paid for it yet

At the top of the FAA or Pixels site, in the menu to the right, is a drop down when logged in.

PROFILE page takes you to all your art as you have set it up
SETTINGS All your tools are in that area. I always suggest taking a while to just look around and see what you can do. Instructions are on each page.

This time you are looking for 'Premium Features'

The payment is an annual automatic subscription taken from the card you have in the Premium Features area

Thanks Abbie. Yep, that fixed it. Why does it let you set up your site and make it live without any mention of its being a premium feature? I wasn't planning to go premium just yet so had no reason to open the premium features list.

You don't have to go premium. That's just a trial.

You've still got the other site here on the main area

In the YOUR OWN WEBSITE section of SETTINGS it says nothing about it being a Premium only feature.

To save confusion and wasted time, maybe it should.

Also, it would help if the Premium URL redirected to the FAA or PIXELS main site for free accounts.
